OBJECTIVES

Mechanical Material Characterization II The application allows the user to test two cantilever beams with identical geometry but with different thicknesses. By switching between them it is possible to observe the difference in deflection and evaluate the strain experienced by the beam (in a certain region). With that data for each applied force value, and considering the geometric data, it is possible to compute the Young Modulus and observe that they are of the same material.
